PREPARATION

SAUTÉ

  • Medium heat

  • Cook for approximately 7 1/2
    minutes per side with your oil of 
    choice

  • Medium heat (350°F) Oil grill well

  • Cook for approximately 7 1/2  minutes per side.

AIR FRY

  • Preheat to 400°F

  • Cook for approximately 12 minutes or until fully cooked.

  • Preheat to 400°F

  • Cook for approximately 12 minutes or until fully cooked.

*For best results make sure burgers are firm in the center & cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F.

Additional cooking time of up to 2 minutes may be added.
