Customized Recipes
We work with our customers to customize the right recipe and product size to
meet every need. Custom recipe development is also available.
Eat Healthy
We are passionate about creating products that promote healthy eating. Our
products are made with gluten-free ingredients (excluding panko). Many chefs have
told us that this gives them more options to serve our products to food-sensitive
customers.
School Programs
Our kids need a healthy lunch to grow and maintain a sharp focus on their school
work. We offer a variety of recipes that reduce sodium and fat, with no added sugar or
heavy breading. Our gluten-free ingredients add a layer of support to those who are
gluten intolerant, without compromising taste. The largest school district in Virginia is
currently buying our Chesapeake Style Shrimpetizers for Toco Tuesday, every week.
