Sauté/Grill: 

*For best cooking results make sure burgers are firm in the center and cooked all the way through!

Cook on Medium-Low heat. Lightly oil pan or grill. Cook approx. 8-9 Minutes per side, until golden brown.

Fry:

In a non-stick pan add one tablespoon of butter, or your favorite oil. Lightly oil pan or grill. Cook approx. 8-9 Minutes per side, until golden brown.

Bake:

Preheat oven to 425°F Place a piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet and lightly oil to prevent sticking. Cook for approx. 10 Minutes.

Fry:

Preheat oil to 350°F, Cook on Medium-Low heat for approx. 3 Minutes, or until golden brown.
