Capt. Denis' Remoulade Sauce

The real treasure of my job is traveling to amazing places in search of healthy ingredients and meeting wonderful cooks, who always teach me something new. This recipe is inspired by my travel to New Orleans, where centuries of blended cultures have made the city a taste bud extravaganza! Remoulade sauce has become a favorite with my family and friends whenever we cook up some Wild Shrimp Burgers™ and Shrimpetizers®. Recently, a local Florida Chef told me it’s the best recipe he ever tasted! We hope you enjoy it as well! -Capt. Denis
