Capt. Denis' Remoulade Sauce

The real treasure of my job is traveling to amazing places to search out healthy ingredients and getting to meet wonderful cooks I always teach me something new. This recipe was inspired by my travel to New Orleans, where centuries of blended cultures have made a city of taste bud extravaganza! Remoulade sauce It’s always a favorite with my family, friends and crew whenever we cook up some Wild Shrimp Burgers and Shrimpetizers®. Recently, a local Florida Chef told me it’s the best he ever had! We hope you enjoyed as well! -Capt. Denis
