
A quarter cup of this coleslaw is the perfect complement to our Maryland Style Wild Shrimp Burgers™ This coleslaw recipe was printed on the original Old Bay® cans, when it was first produced more than 75 years ago. It was removed over a decade ago and it’s very different from the one on the current Old Bay® website. I like this version much better! Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoons chopped onion
• 1 tablespoon vinegar
• 1 teaspoons white sugar (optional)
• 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning® • 3 cups shredded cabbage (we like a combo of purple and green cabbage)
• ½ cup shredded carrots
• ¼ cup chopped green bell pepper (red and yellow are also great)
DIRECTIONS
Whisk mayonnaise, onion, vinegar, sugar and Old Bay Seasoning® in a salad bowl until sugar has dissolved. Add cabbage, carrots and bell peppers, and stir into the dressing until all the ingredients are coated. The flavors are enhanced when refrigerated for a couple hours before serving.
