INGREDIENTS: Ingredients: WILD-CAUGHT SHRIMP (SHRIMP, WATER, SODIUM PHOSPHATES, CITRIC ACID, SALT), WILD-CAUGHT CALAMARI, COCONUT FLOUR, EGGS, SCALLIONS, SUN-DRIED TOMATOES (SUN-DRIED TOMATOES, SULFITES), GARLIC (GARLIC, WATER), TOMATO PASTE, TAPIOCA STARCH, SALT, LEMON ZEST (CHOPPED LEMON PEELS, CANE SUGAR, NATURAL LEMON FLAVOR), CITRUS FLOUR, ITALIAN SEASONING (MARJORAM, THYME, ROSEMARY, BASIL, SAVORY OREGANO, SAGE), SODIUM BICARBONATE, RED PEPPER FLAKES. PREPARATION

SAUTÉ

  • Medium heat

  • Cook for approx. 7 1/2
    minutes per side w/oil of 
    choice

  • Medium heat (350°F) Oil grill well

  • Cook for approx. 7 1/2  minutes per side.

AIR FRY

  • Preheat to 400°F

  • Cook for approx.12 minutes or until fully cooked.

  • Preheat to 400°F

  • Cook for approx. 12 minutes or until fully cooked.

*For best results make sure burgers are firm in the center & cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F.

Additional cooking time of up to 2 minutes may be added.
